Description
The Ivory-flowered bladdernut (Staphylea colchica) is an upright, spreading large shrub with decorative, greenish-yellow fruits that stay on for a very long time. They exude a pleasant fragrance. In May, it produces creamy white, bell-shaped flowers arranged in panicles. The Ivory-flowered bladdernut also has egg-shaped, light green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with humusy, calcareous, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 4 metres and grows to a width of around 3 metres.

Leaves
