Description
The Nodding lilac (Syringa reflexa) is a large, funnel-shaped shrub that produces light pink-coloured flowers arranged in panicles. They appear in June. The Nodding lilac also has egg-shaped, dark green leaves. In a sunny location with well-drained, humus-rich, lime-free, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 5 metres and grows to a width of around 4 metres.
