Description
The English yew 'Repandens' (Taxus baccata) is a small shrub that grows sprawling and flat and usually reaches a height of approx. 80 cm and a width of approx. 4 metres. Its needle-shaped leaves are dark green in colour. Decorative red cones adorn Taxus baccata 'Repandens' from September. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained, calcareous, nutrient-rich soil in a sunny to semi-shady position.
