Description
The Yew 'Brownii' (Taxus x media) is a shrub that grows upright, rounded and usually reaches a height of around 2.5 metres and a width of around 4 metres. Its needle-shaped leaves are dark green in colour. Decorative red cones adorn Taxus x media 'Brownii' from September. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained, nutrient-rich soil in a sunny to semi-shady position.
