Description
The Yew 'Farmen' (Taxus x media) is a shrub that grows bushy and compact and usually reaches a height of around 2 metres and a width of around 3.5 metres. Its needle-shaped leaves are dark green in colour. Decorative red cones adorn Taxus x media 'Farmen' from September. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained, nutrient-rich soil in a sunny to semi-shady position.
