Description
With its dark green leaves, the Powdery alligator-flag (Thalia dealbata) is an extremely decorative aquatic plant that is particularly suitable for areas such as pond edges, streams, ponds and cut edges. Purple flowers appear from July to August. It prefers humus-rich, loose soil in a sunny position. The Powdery alligator-flag is well tolerant of frost. The upright plant usually reaches a height of approx. 1.5 metres.
