The Herzblättrige Schaumblüte 'Emerald Ellie' (Tiarella cordifolia) is a runner-forming, bushy, upright, broad, winter-green perennial with decorative, heart-shaped, green-black leaves. From May to June, it bears white flowers arranged in umbels with a pleasant fragrance. In a semi-shady to shady location with humus-rich, loose soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 20 cm and is approx. 30 cm wide. The Herzblättrige Schaumblüte 'Emerald Ellie' is well tolerant of frost.
