Description
The Silver lime 'Brabant' (Tilia tomentosa) is a conical, broad, large tree that produces pale yellow flowers arranged in umbels with a pleasant fragrance. They appear from July to August. They produce light brown, oval fruits from October. They exude a pleasant fragrance. The Silver lime 'Brabant' also has matt, heart-shaped, grey-green leaves. Its bark is grey and smooth. In a sunny location with well-drained, nutrient-rich, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of around 30 metres and grows to a width of around 20 metres.
