Description
The Common lime 'Pallida' (Tilia x vulgaris) is a large conical tree that produces pale yellow flowers arranged in umbels with a pleasant fragrance. They appear from June to July. They produce grey-green, round fruits from September. They exude a pleasant fragrance. The Common lime 'Pallida' also has shiny, heart-shaped, dark green leaves. Its bark is grey. In a sunny location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 40 metres and grows to a width of around 20 metres.
