Description
The Japanese orchid lily 'Miyazaki' (Tricyrtis hirta) is an upright, loose perennial that forms two-coloured, star-shaped flowers from August to October. Its lanceolate leaves are medium green in colour. In a semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, lime-free, loose soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 50 cm and grows to a width of approx. 40 cm. The Japanese orchid lily 'Miyazaki' is well tolerant of frost.
