Description
The Tulip 'City of Vancouver' (Tulipa) produces attractive, white, pleasantly fragrant flowers in May. It prefers a well-drained, loose, nutrient-rich soil in a sunny position. The slender plant usually reaches a height of 30 - 40 cm and grows up to 12 cm wide.
