Description
The Fosteriana tulip 'Red Emperor' (Tulipa fosteriana) produces attractive, red, pleasantly scented flowers from March to April. It prefers a well-drained, loose, nutrient-rich soil in a sunny position. The slender, upright plant usually reaches a height of 30 - 40 cm and grows up to 12 cm wide.
