Tulipa 'Tarda' - flower bulb 4/6

Description
The Late tulip (Tulipa tarda) produces attractive, light yellow, pleasantly fragrant flowers from April to May. It prefers a well-drained, humus-rich, loose soil in a sunny position. The slender, upright plant usually reaches a height of 10 - 15 cm and grows up to 10 cm wide.

If necessary, the soil structure can be improved when planting by working in sand and mature compost. - If the plant is divided every 2-3 years and weak roots and shoots are removed, you will be rewarded with better growth and flowering vigour!

Flower
The light yellow flowers appear from April to May. They grow to about 6 - 8 cm and are pleasantly fragrant.
