Description
The Swamp blueberry 'Heerma' (Vaccinium corymbosum) produces blue berries. These have a tart flavour. Humus-rich, sandy, slightly acidic soil and a sunny to semi-shady location create ideal conditions for a high-yielding harvest from mid-August. Its light pink flowers are a beautiful sight. With its bushy and upright growth, Swamp blueberry 'Heerma' grows to around 90 cm high and 1.7 m wide, making it ideal for growing in pots on balconies or terraces.
