Description
The Cowberry 'Fireballs' (Vaccinium vitis-idaea) produces red, large berries. These are sweet and tart in flavour. Humus-rich, sandy, acidic, moist to wet soil and a sunny to semi-shady location create the ideal conditions for a high-yielding harvest from July. Its light pink flowers are a beautiful sight. With its dense and overhanging growth, the Cowberry 'Fireballs' grows to around 30 cm high and 30 cm wide, making it ideal for growing in pots on balconies or terraces.
