Description
The Purple mullein 'Rosetta' (Verbascum phoeniceum) is an upright, rosette-like, winter-green perennial that forms dark pink, cupped flowers arranged in panicles from May to August. Its lanceolate leaves are dark green. In a sunny location with well-drained, nutrient-rich, dry soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 60 cm and is approx. 40 cm wide. The Purple mullein 'Rosetta' is well tolerant of frost.
