Description
The Spiked speedwell 'Silberteppich' (Veronica spicata) is a creeping, runner-forming, winter-green perennial that forms dark blue, rake-shaped flowers arranged in spikes from June to July. Its lanceolate leaves are silver-white in colour. In a sunny location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 25 cm and grows approx. 30 cm wide. The Spiked speedwell 'Silberteppich' is well tolerant of frost.
