The Spiked speedwell 'Ulster Blue Dwarf' (Veronica spicata) is a creeping, compact perennial that forms blue, rake-shaped flowers arranged in spikes from June to October. In a sunny location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 30 cm and grows to a width of approx. 30 cm.
