Description
The Starkduftender Schneeball 'Awabuki' (Viburnum odoratissimum) is a bushy, upright, dense garden plant that produces white flowers with a strong fragrance. They appear in June. These produce orange-rose coloured fruits. They exude a strong fragrance. The Starkduftender Schneeball 'Awabuki' also has lanceolate, light green leaves. The reddish shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 2 metres and grows to around 1.5 metres wide.

This enables the plant to survive dry periods better. - In harsh locations, sun protection is only recommended in the event of frost.
