Description
The Japanischer Schneeball 'Shasta' (Viburnum plicatum) is a broad, spreading shrub that produces white flowers arranged in umbrella clusters with a strong fragrance. They appear in May. These produce black-red fruits. They exude a strong fragrance. The Japanischer Schneeball 'Shasta' also has egg-shaped, fresh green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.8 m and is approx. 3 m wide.
