The Kleines Immergrün 'Blue and Gold' (Vinca minor) is a creeping, carpet-like, evergreen perennial with decorative, glossy, leathery, lanceolate, dark green leaves with golden yellow edges. It bears blue, wheel-shaped flowers from May to June. Repeated flowering occurs in September with the right care. In a sunny to shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, loose soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 30 cm and is approx. 50 cm wide.
