The Sweet Violet 'Königin Charlotte' (Viola odorata) is a bushy, clump-forming, winter-green perennial that produces blue flowers with a pleasant fragrance from March to May. Its roundish leaves are medium green in colour. In a semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 15 cm and grows to a width of approx. 25 cm. The Sweet Violet 'Königin Charlotte' is well tolerant of frost.
