Description
The Siberian waldsteinia (Waldsteinia ternata) is a carpet-like, winter-green perennial that forms yellow, cup-shaped flowers from April to May. Its heart-shaped, three-centred, notched leaves are medium green. In a semi-shady to shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 10 cm and is approx. 30 cm wide. The Siberian waldsteinia is well tolerant of frost.
