Description
The Weigela 'Alexandra'(s) (Weigela florida) is a bushy, upright, dense, deciduous small shrub with decorative, egg-shaped, purple-red leaves. It also bears dark pink, funnel-shaped flowers from May to June. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.3 m and grows to a width of approx. 90 cm.
