Description
The Weigela 'Rosea' (Weigela florida) is a bushy, upright, dense large shrub that produces pink, funnel-shaped, bell-shaped flowers. They appear from June to July. The Weigela 'Rosea' also has egg-shaped, light green leaves. The red-brown shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 3.5 metres and grows to around 4 metres wide.
