The Needle palm (Yucca flaccida) is a very popular evergreen container plant. Its decorative flowers appear from August to September. The location should be as sunny as possible. Well-drained, loose, sandy and dry soil is ideal. Under favourable conditions, the Needle palm reaches a height of approx. 1 m and grows up to 60 cm wide.
