Description
The Spanish dagger 'Bright Star' (Yucca gloriosa) is a spreading, clump-forming, winter-green perennial with decorative, grey-green leaves with yellow edges. It bears pink-coloured flowers from August to September. In a sunny location with well-drained, loose, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1 m and grows to a width of approx. 80 cm. The Spanish dagger 'Bright Star' is well tolerant of frost.
