Description
The Caucasian elm 'Verschaffeltii' (Zelkova carpinifolia) is a funnel-shaped garden plant that produces inconspicuous flowers. They appear from April to May. The Caucasian elm 'Verschaffeltii' also has egg-shaped, dark green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with humus-rich, nutrient-rich, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of around 12 metres.
