Description
The Japanese zelkova 'Goblin' (Zelkova serrata) is a spreading, broad, large tree that produces green-brown flowers. They appear from April to May. The Japanese zelkova 'Goblin' also has pinnate, dark green leaves. Its bark is grey and scaly. In a sunny to semi-shady location with nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 1.2 metres.
