Description
The Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba) forms brown fruits. They have a sweet, aromatic flavour. Well-drained, humus-rich, loose soil and a sunny location create the ideal conditions for a high-yielding harvest from July. Its yellow-green flowers are a beautiful sight. With its shrub-like growth, the Jujube grows to around 9 metres high and 4 metres wide.

Container plants can be planted all year round, except when the soil is frozen and in summer heat (over 30°C).

Care
- Fruit trees planted in spring must be watered generously throughout the summer. Well-rooted plants only require additional water in extremely dry conditions.
