Description
The Trident maple 'Abtir' (Acer buergerianum) is an upright, loose, shrub-like large shrub or small tree that produces yellow flowers arranged in panicles. They appear in May. The Trident maple 'Abtir' also has dark green leaves. The copper-brown shoots are also an interesting sight. In a semi-shady to shady, wind-protected location with weakly acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of around 2.4 metres and grows to around 3 metres wide.
