Description
The Common fig 'Panache' (Ficus carica) produces yellow-green fruits. They are pear-shaped and have a sweet flavour. Well-drained, loamy, slightly acidic soil and a sunny location create ideal conditions for a high-yield harvest from September. Its inconspicuous flowers are a beautiful sight. With its shrub-like growth, the Common fig 'Panache' grows to around 3 metres high and 3 metres wide.

Ficus carica 'Panache' prefers nutrient-rich, sufficiently moist soil.

Water twice a day on hot days. Fertilise weekly from June onwards. An irrigation system can make the work easier.
