Description
The Rayed-branch broom (Genista radiata) is a bushy, upright, broad small shrub that produces yellow flowers. They appear from May to June. These produce brown legumes. The Rayed-branch broom also has lanceolate, medium green leaves. In a sunny location with well-drained, calcareous soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 80 cm and is approx. 1.6 m wide.
