Description
The Sweet gum 'Moonbeam' (Liquidambar styraciflua) is a conical, upright tree with decorative, round fruits that keep for a very long time. The Sweet gum 'Moonbeam' also has fingered, light green leaves. The yellow-green shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny location with lime-free, nutrient-rich, weakly acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of around 10 metres and grows to a width of around 6 metres.
