Description
The Serbian spruce 'Pimoko' (Picea omorika) is a large tree that grows flat and usually reaches a height of approx. 50 cm and a width of approx. 60 cm. Its leaves are dark green or blue-green in colour. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained soil in a sunny position.

- This plant is susceptible to snow pressure. In snowy areas, it is therefore advisable to wrap the branches with twine. Otherwise, they may split apart and not fully recover. When the snow season is over, the twine must of course be removed. - This plant does not tolerate heavy soil. If necessary, the soil structure can be improved when planting by working in sand and mature compost.

Light brown cones. The young cones have a purple-violet colour.
